Rules & Regulations
Paper Presentation Rules
- 1Team of exactly 3 members (compulsory).
- 25-minute presentation + 3-minute Q&A session.
- 3Abstract must be mailed to elzia2k26@gmail.com or sent via WhatsApp to 8807502350.
- 4Use minimal text with clear visuals and properly labeled graphs.
- 5All team members must actively participate in the presentation.
- 6Judges' decision is final.
General Rules
- 1Registration fee: ₹150 per head.
- 2Maximum 2 events per student.
- 3Participants must carry a valid college ID card.
- 4Technical event participants must carry their bank passbook front sheet.
- 5Unethical behavior leads to immediate disqualification.
- 6The organizing committee reserves the right to modify rules.
- 7Judges' decision is final in all events.
